Puridive Establishment
Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, the signing ceremony of the Shareholders' Agreement took place to establish PURIDIVE in 2023, a company dedicated to the construction, management, and operation of a chlorine granules production plant. The agreement was signed between Misr Chemical Industries Company, Energy Cadence for Engineering and Project Development, and the Chemical Industries Holding Company, in the presence of Engineer Mahmoud Esmat, Minister of Public Enterprises Sector, Engineer Mohammed Shimy, Energy Cadence Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (CEO & MD), Accountant Emad El-Din Mostafa, Holding Company for Chemical Industries Executive Chairman, Major General A.H/ Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Ashmawy, Misr Chemical Industries Co. Managing Director and CEO.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance, PURIDIVE successfully conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA 90%) production project. This demonstrates the project's compliance with national and international standards and reinforces PURIDIVE's role in sustainable chemical production.
General Contractor of the Project
The project was awarded to the Chinese company Kapsom, due to its extensive experience in designing and constructing factories for the production of Chlorine 90 granules and tablets. It also uses the best types of technology and is committed to Egyptian environmental laws.
